It seems like January’s shaping up to be a busy month for Instagram addicts. Adding more sparkle to our sunny shores is the third edition of the Light to Night Festival, which runs from Jan 18 to Feb 24, in tandem with Singapore Art Week and the Singapore Bicentennial commemoration. What this means is that the Civic District — where the National Gallery Singapore, The Arts House, Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall, Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) and Esplanade Park are perched in — will be totally lit with a plethora of installations and programmes that will delight both you and your Instagram self. But it’s not just going to be a visual spectacle with plenty of IG opps — it’s also going to be a feast for all the senses. Yes, organisers are touting a multi-sensory experience this year, with all five senses coming into play as you flit from one experiential playground to another.
