5 Stops on the Vegas Chocolate Tour (Jill Weinlein)
When the double doors open at M&M World each morning at 9 a.m., the enthusiastic M&M staff warmly welcomes guests. This one-of-a-kind chocolate retail store is the first of many multi-sensory stops on the new Vegas Chocolate Tour.

At M&M World there are 100 ways to mix it up on the 2nd floor chocolate wall. During the holidays, Santa is in the store offering chocolate treat samples to guests inside the store.

The second stop on the Vegas Chocolate Tour is filled with kisses, Hershey Kisses! See how the creative Hershey’s team constructed and Empire State Building from 1,800 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, and the Statue of Liberty from thousands of strands of red Twizzlers. The multi-level Hershey’s Chocolate World is located inside the New York-New York Hotel and Casino offering visitors samples of some of their 800 varieties of candy, including their most popular Hershey’s chocolates the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Hershey’s Kisses.

The third stop on the tour is the iconic Las Vegas Welcome sign. Vegas Chocolate Tour guests are led right up front for photo opportunities and the opportunity to meet Elvis.

This 25 ft. tall was erected in 1959, and is now placed on the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of the Interiors.

Walking back to the white touring SUV, guests have the opportunity to sip ChocoVine – a fine red French Cabernet wine subtly combined with a rich dark chocolate from Holland, and taste a chocolate Goufrais candy. Other unique tastes include Celebrity chef Thomas Keller’s K+M Extra Virgin Chocolates bars.

The fourth stop is Las Vegas’ own Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Garden. Take a self-guided chocolate factory tour and watch the Ethel M candy makers in action making the famous Vegas chocolates, packaging them and boxing these delicious treats for online requests and retail stores. They offer informative wine and chocolate classes at an additional fee.

On the last stop at Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino, the Vegas Chocolate Tour takes over a booth in the back for an ultimate chocolate shake with brownies, chocolate sauce, candies and whipped cream. If participants wish to try another of Cafe’ Hollywood’s over-the-top creations, your Vegas Chocolate Tour Guide will pre-order a vanilla and banana or strawberry instead.
