Del Monte giving away banana and pineapple scented wrapping paper

Del Monte Fresh Produce is giving away free banana and pineapple scented wrapping paper beginning Dec. 17 while supplies last.

This year has taken twists and turns that have taken us all on a wild rollercoaster of a ride.

Retailers everywhere are telling us how Christmas 2020 is going to look different this year.

Now, it will also smell differently.

Del Monte Fresh Produce is giving away free banana and pineapple scented wrapping paper beginning Dec. 17 while supplies last.

Del Monte says, “The product, which is both festive and fruity, perfectly captures the vibe and smell of two of Fresh Del Monte’s most popular products – delicious bananas and pineapples – for fruit lovers everywhere to wrap their holiday gifts with.”

Sounds yummy.

The company said the holiday-themed wrapping paper not only smells like the delicious fruits but also features “colorful and festive nondenominational graphics from Fresh Del Monte Fresh, inspired by each fruit product’s new holiday tag and sticker design.”

Starting at 9 a.m. EST on Dec. 17, just send an email to fun@freshdelmonte.com to claim your sheets of wrapping paper. Just send Del Monte your U.S. home mailing address. Del Monte said a “limited number of wrapping paper sheets will be available while supplies last.” Customers will get a set of banana-scented sheets and a set of pineapple-scented.
